‘I promise to do my duty to God and Queen and to help other people at all times and abide by the Cub Scout Law.<\/p>\n

So promised eight-years-old Trevor Kilgareth, of Bristol Street, Wolstanton, at this proud moment when he became a Cub Scout last week at his investiture at the headquarters of the 1st City Stoke-on-Trent, Porthill St. Andrew’s Cub Scout Pack.<\/p>\n

He is pictured giving his very first official salute the Akela (Mr. Amos Johnson). The flag bearer is nine-years-old Kevin Tittle, with Mrs. Christine Wood (“Rikki”), looking on.<\/p>\n

Trevor has been with the Pack for the past few months and has just concluded his initial tests successfully.’<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
